I still don't see any approvals for any Form 1 or Form 4 submitted after 7/13/16 (also known as Post-41f) on any tracking site. Form 3s to be sure so I think I'm pretty correct in assuming it's going to be awhile as ATF examiners plod through all the 41f submittals.

On another board... someone called and BAFTE said to get through all forms up to the buzzer, was going to be another 2-3 months at best ! Ugh !!

Didn't silencer shop submit like 10k-15k forms on July 13? They haven't even gotten to those yet so I can't imagine they are processing post 41f ones yet.

I still don't get the apocalyptic attitude towards 41F. If you had a convoluted trust with 20 responsible persons on it well that's your own fault.

Instead of panicking folks should have just deleted extra RPs and added them back later or started another trust with a clean slate.

But that ATF boogeyman.....

I'm bitter.... I want my cans.

I went a little crazy last year thinking Hillary would win and purchased and made a lot of stuff on a trust. After the few items I still have pending are approved I will add my wife to the trust and call it good. Any other items purchased will be on a new trust for each item. I kind of like the idea of a separate trust for each item going forward, like Silencer Shop is recommending, so you can submit without removing and adding trustees. The other benefit seems to be easier disposal of items and sticking your finger in the eye of the ATF. I love when we as freedom loving shooters find a work around for onerous rules and regs made to further delay and discourage NFA applications.

So unfortunately I was part of the problem with volume of applications causing these delays.
