I sent out 4 forms at once.

Form 4 individual
Form 4 trust
Form 1 individual
Form 1 trust

They were all sent the same day (February 21, 2018). Three of them showed up within a day of each other (the two form 1s and the individual form 4) and had been approved on Jun 20th, 2018. The trust form 4 (suppressor) has not shown up yet. They were all done by the same examiner. It does appear that wait times are going down. I've since sent in a few more, so hopefully they will all be approved this year.

Does it seem out of the norm to anyone that all of these stamps were from forms submitted as far back as september and as recent as end of feb and all got approved at the same time?

Like could the ATF have recently received a directive to move things along, or got a huge influx of staff recently?

Decided to withdraw/cancel two stamps. I'd filed a Nitro that was pending 1/16/18, and then two Turbos and an Element that were pending 1/26/18...all as an individual. Reason for withdrawing/cancellation was I wanted them on a trust instead of as an individual without paying another $200/ea.

Called today to see if they'd been approved, so I'd know whether to request a withdrawal, or have to wait for the stamp to arrive and request a cancellation. In case anybody didn't know, you can cancel one after it's approved, but before the transfer (4473) takes place, and get your $200 back...but you have to send back the original stamp.

I'm assuming the Element and the 2nd Turbo were also approved on the 21st, but I didn't even ask. I'll update this with received dates and confirm the other two were approved. ETA: all three mentioned were approved 7/21, and arrived 7/27

I'm going to cancel the Nitro and Turbo and refile as a trust. I'm going to transfer the Element and other Turbo to my trust, doing the F4s myself. I've never done my own prints & photos, and figured I would just for the experience. And since I'm the transferor and transferee I'll keep them in my possession.
