TMS951, Did the paperwork for the suppressors and SBR's go in at the same time or did the SBR's go in later? It's not surprising that the suppressors were all approved at the same time and it's not surprising that the SBR's were approved at the same time. However, if the paperwork was sent in almost two months apart, then having them all approved at the same time is very unlike what the ATF typically does.

Paper work went in for the suppressors all together 7/17/18, these were "electronic" through silencer shop.

The two SBRs went in 8/10/18 again silencer shop "electronic". However silencer shop screwed something up, they were not clear with me what. They had to fix whatever, and then it went pending 9/22/18.

But yes the two lots were submitted some 24 days apart, and went pending 53 days apart.

This seems to still be an active thread, so here is my report. First ever attempt at filing for an sbr. Filed Form 1 electronically on July 8 and received my approval with stamp today, August 2. I believe that is a total of 25 or 26 days depending on how you choose to county from July 8 to Aug 2. Regardless, I am please with the speed and ease in which this was done, and now can buy the upper I have been waiting on.

All 6 went pending 7/31 2018
All 6 went to the same examiner, Schumaker.
All 6 were with the examiner as of 7/1/ 2019
All 6 were approved 7/15/ 2019

From 4 individual, Electronic
2 SBRs, bought online where found for good price. Used silencer shop kiosk.
Both docs signed 8/10/18
Both went pending 9/22/18 (silencer shop screwed something up, they fixed it with the ATF. Silencer shop told me thats why it took so long.)
Both were not with an examiner 7/1/19Unknown on examiner name, I'd but Schumaker though because,
Both were approved 7/16/19

I called the ATF today for my monthly check, and was told the had been approved. I then called my dealer who put me on hold to open his mail and said he had just received 8 stamps for me. Going to pick them up tomorrow!

I find the whole way they approved basically on mass interesting. Especially with them going pending almost 7 weeks apart.

I'm 10 months out on a Knights can with a Trust. I called the NFA and much to my surprise I spoke with a polite helpful person. She said there is nothing wrong with my paperwork and could be any day now. Said some were coming out in 9 months and some at a year.

I did my first eForm Form 1 (SBR) on Friday and messed something up. They were super helpful it showing me how to fix it. Even seemed to be aware of a quirk of their system and gave me a work around. Most helpful government employees I have ever dealt with.
