Agreed. I went back and forth on email with them a couple of years ago and the lady I was dealing with was super nice and helpful.

    Got my Osprey 45 approved.

    Form 4 trust

    Date submitted: 10 July 2018

    Date approved: 4 Aug 2019

    Date received: 16 Aug 2019

Had a issue pop up in July of this year. Had to send in a form 23 that wasn't required when the form 4 was submitted last year. Along with another set of prints and pics even though I'm to only RP on the trust. /shrug

I called about a form 4 Friday and spoke with a woman who was very easy going. I was worried that at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon that the last thing they wanted was a phone call. But she seemed very nice and even sounded excited when she told me it had been approved.

    SBR Form 1 individual
    Signed/mailed 24 Jan, 2019
Check Cashed early Feb (10th I think)
    Approved 13 August 2019
    Received 20 August 2019

Looks like almost 7 months from mailing to getting it in my mail box. A fine present after being out of town over the weekend working some OT.

26 days for a Form 1 E-file SBR lower. Filed on 8/3; fingerprints mailed on 8/6; notice of approval received this morning (8/29) via e-mail. This is the second Form 1 E-file SBR lower that I have done this year. Similar times on the first one as well.

I filed on 8/4, so mine should be any day now.

How long should one patiently wait before calling to check on some suppressors?

One year would probably be a good rule of thumb.
