Just got the call this afternoon, 10/1/19.

Haven’t picked it up yet, so I don’t have exact approval date, but that’s sub 90 days.

Interesting...my Serbu, Super Shorty (AOW) transfered in to my SOT, via F4, without a model name or number. Then, when I submitted my F4 (same as how it came in) my SOT gets a correction letter.

So now this...
ATF RECVD: March 6, 2019
Error letter sent to my SOT: Sept 23, 2019
Correction mailed to ATF: Sept 27, 2019
Approved: WE WILL SEE!

Yes individual. Three other people got theirs back today and had about the same wait time. One of the guys was in the shop at the same time and said he has another can he has been waiting over a year for.

We don't know if an inspector grabbed the wrong pile or what.

I have heard of people calling their state representative to assist in this process. Does anyone have any info or suggestions regarding this?

It would be your US representative, not your state representative. I did that several months ago. All the ATF did was supply a list of firearm names, serial numbers and the current status which was pending for all of them. Each month my representative's office would email me an update. They all looked the same until one stamp came in to my dealer. It dropped off the list the next month. Then the rest eventually came in and that was it. It didn't seem like my US representative had any pull at all. Something happened though because the Form 4 transfer times are dropping.

Individual or trust? I'm still waiting for my single shot trust for a Surefire RC2, check cashed 10-18-18. I too hate how random it seems to be, some people wait a few months while others go beyond a year.
