Handful of cans ordered through Capitol Armory with a trust 6/30, approved 11/23 per stamps, back at dealer Dec 17.
A couple more through CA on 7/20, approved 12/19, received back at CA today, 1/14.

Not form 1 or form 4 but my can was just delivered to my dealer after being ordered on NOV 18, so damn near two months for form 3 and shipping and any bullshit LGS/shipping delays.

eFile Form 1 time-points:
1/14/21 eFiled to "make" an SBR from an AR pistol
1/20/21 fingerprint cards received by ATF
2/19/21 SBR stamp appoval received via email (ATF's email received at ~0321 hours Pacific time).

Back in 10/2020, by SBS eForm1 approval took only 17 days (10/6/20 to 10/22/20) from eFiling in the Form 1 to approval with the fingerprint cards being received in between that timeframe.
Additional Info.
Today 2/22/21, I just received another eForm1 response for a form originally submitted on 10/20/20, which had gone into "Pending Research" status. The response was an email telling me to send in my fingerprint cards within 10 days. ATF doesn't say how much longer it'd take after it receives the fingerprint cards but I'd estimate another month based on my prior experience, above.
Therefore, a "Pending Research" status could result in a 4+1=5 month wait for anyone's info.
