Copy. 90 days would seem like a blessing compared to all the poor bastards paper filing. Literature off of the Googles was still quoting 250-370 days for eFile form 4. I was thinking 30-60 days because my son form 1’d a rifle, so I was comparing tit for tat.

The new e-file Form 4s are "supposed" to come back in 90 days. What you've likely been seeing online is the paper filed Form 4s which, until December of last year, were the only way to do a Form 4.

Has anyone actually managed to get an eFiled Form4 to go through?

If by "go through" you mean approved, the answer is yes. They are starting to come in now. I've seen a handful of people who with approval times ranging from 69 to 83 days.

The only caveat is that they have all been individual, not trust so far.

Yes. I had to stand side by side with my dealer while she walked us through the process. I paid the $200 using my credit card. You'll need your login ID, pin # and password.
