My braced pistol was approved today, submitted 3/18, approved 4/28, it was submitted with another form 1 on an SBR I paid for, that was approved 25 days later.

Did you include pictures of the braced pistol or not?

No, I did not the ATF most likely knows what is getting shipped as a braced pistol and what is not would be my guess but no, I did not provide photographs.

I questioned them on it, this was their answer:

That is an estimated time frame while that is the goal of the NFA we can’t account for the influx of forms, inquiries, etc. They are processed in the order they are received.

We know that is BS since forms filed after me have been already approved.

My Form 1 took 49 days. However, there was a condition. "Pursuant to ATF Final Rule 2021R-08F". So what I'm wondering is this. Lets say this is struck down in the courts like the Bumpstock rule was. If approval is pursuant to this final rule and if it is struck down then would approval no longer be valid? Just a thought.
