Similar boat. I E-filed Form 1 to SBR AP5-K 3/23/23, almost 90 days in and nothing. My AP5 earlier in the year took about 40 days.

Same her, 127 days and counting on a tax paid e-file form 1. Two other friends filed on the same day and are also waiting. One of the friends filed two amnesty forms and both were approved and filed 1-2 months after the paid form.

Y’all aren’t going to believe this. I had five Form 4’s outstanding. Four were for SBR’s and one was for a suppressor.
    Submitted: 3/6/23, 3/16/23, 3/29/23, 3/29/23 and 5/11/23.
All approved: 6/29/23 and the emails were received over a span of three minutes.

Not only are these the fastest Form 4 approvals that I’ve heard of in a long time, but it shows that there’re finally using a bit of common sense and evaluating all outstanding Form 4’s when they get to the first one. Note that I did have a Form 1 approved a few weeks ago, so it doesn’t appear that they’re batching different forms together. I also still have three amnesty Form 1’s outstanding, one of which was submitted before any of these Form 4’s that were approved.

Batch approvals seem to be on the rise. I’m super tempted to get a .22 can right now between the sales and the fact I already have two other form 4s pending. Just submitted a form 1 too, need to do one more tomorrow and I’ll be set for a while.

Wow that's awesome. Congrats. I'm still waiting on one from January.

Same here. Had some late Feb and late March through Capital Armory. All 4 just cleared today at the same time. Still waiting on a trust one through Silencer Central from January.

Impossible. The government wouldn’t work on the 4th of July.

There’s probably just a monkey behind the computer clicking buttons.

A monkey would be an improvement!
