Amnesty Form 1
Submitted 2/5/23
Approved 8/23/23
199 days
32 days to get the paid for Form 1 suppressor stamp (applied on 1/27/23 also). 66 days to get the first amnesty SBR. The 2nd amnesty SBR application was denied in April because supposedly my place of birth on my EFT didn't match my place of birth on my application (they did match, of course). I tried calling and asking on the FAQ if it could be reconsidered, but finally gave up and sent a new identical application on 05/15/23. It was finally approved today.
So either 100 days or 208 days, depending on which start date you use. Oh well - I finally got it!
Two amnesty form 1s, individual.
Both submitted 1/31/23 within five minutes of each other.
One Approved 8/8/23 and the other 8/9/23

I got an e-file Form 4 back today for a silencer on a trust. It was filed on 01/05/2023, for a total of 232 days. Not great, but I was expecting October.

Amnesty - trust #2
Submitted 3/12/23
Approved 8/30/23
So this one took eight additional days…
I was allowing for the fact that the ATF will never give up their $200 extortion funding and that Congress would never pass a law repealing the NFA. Of course ALL of the NFA items should able to be bought over the counter at your local friendly gun store with nothing more than the standard background check. But when has our government ever rolled back a bloated bureaucratic process?
