I would not just go and do it without verification. The cam angle on the locking block may differ.

Won't work. The .45 and 10mm have different case head diameters and the G29/G30 have different breechface dimensions. Plus, the ejectors are in different locations.
You can swap complete top-ends on the G20/G21, G30/G29, but a simple barrel swap will (at best) be unreliable and (at worst) dangerous.
