    Barrel

I have the 5.45 and haven't experienced it but my brother has 2 Polish Tantals and they are crazy with it. His targets look alot like yours at 25 and 50 yards. I read an article a while back while researching the problem for him that it was the barrels that were made for the century tantal parts kits that caused it, somethintg to do with it not being chrome lined and then the twist rate. If I run across the article I will post a link. If you have time google it (tantal keyhole). It may turn up some more info.... Irregardless, I'm not sure what might make it yaw in the AR platform. Maybe the fire pig you got. I go with the FSC556 and no problems, don't attack....I am just speaking out of my left cheek to any possiblities. Good Luck

The Century Tantals were done with 5.56 barrels that had a 1/9 twist. the longer 5.45 bullet as well as the ones weighing 70gr did not bode well with them. I had one and returned it. Did OK with one brand of ammo, but keyholed every time with another.

I heard they have corrected it - hearsay. The Interams Tantal did not have this problem.

hey guys, first time post, love the forum.
I have an M&P15R which keyholes with Barnauls ammo, no trouble so far with any of Wolf stuff. Any danger in using the up rest of the Barnauls stuff?

Century is lible to do most anything . :-(

    God bless
