    Vid: Training at home

    Here's a vid I just made on how people can workout at home using limited equipment such as a TRX Suspension Trainer. Just one of many ways to go about it, depending also on goals, time, $$$, etc.

    Nice video man. Those atomic pushups look pretty cool, thinking about grabbing one of those TRX things just for that purpose. How many reps to you crank out?

    The TRX is a great gizmo. As for reps, those are at the end of the workout, so I have already done a fair amount of upper body stuff, so by the time I get to those, probably 10-15 reps on the atomic push ups x 2-3 sets. Besides your chest of course, abs, back, and everything inbetween get tired fast!
