Attention: Non-Touch Screen people, your time has come!

BallCalc designed for windows mobile non-touch screen (NTS) is ready for your testing.

    Some changes...

Had to break up the input window into two things, main input and atmospheric window. It was just easier this way with a smaller screen.

Compute solution is now in the menu and not right there. Again, way to simplify my life.

For some reason the Save Solution options doesn't work right. I'm working on it. But for now it doesn't work.

I also did not get to test the Get Weather function because I designed this on an emulator (I don't have an NTS phone) and that emulator does not have the internet. So.... someone please test that function and let me know if it works right.

ALSO, version 1.8 for the Touch Screen devices is out as well.

I fixed a typo, made the input window stop being the first thing that you see and added buttons to each window for you folks with *cough* big hands.

    As always, http://ballcalc.sourceforge.net

    Works pretty good.
On the non-touch screen the window for the input data is too long and you cannot scroll down to see the last 3 options.

Non-Touch Screen Version 1.1 is out

-Shrank the Input Window quite a bit so that it (hopefully) doesn't run off the screen anymore
-Removed the menu from every window except the main screen, since it didn't work anyway

Just a note of encouragement regarding a Blackberry version - one is glued to my hip 7/24, might as well get some use out of it at the range!

    HadManySons,

Not sure if your still working on this pet project, but I had used it on my VX6800, and now I have the larger screened HTC Imagio with Win Mobile 6.5.

I got the program in, shortcut the exe to the windows\programs directory and shortcut the program to my desktop.

It starts and loads and I can enter the basic stuff in the "Input window" for grain, velocity, and all. But when you go to adjust the "Range Table" for the increment size of the table, the keyboard comes up but the program does not accept inputs.

Would you know why or have a way to fix that?

Also, when you go to export or save your input data, the same problem. The keyboard is there on screen but does not interface with the software. You can not save your particular ammo input data.
I save money using AMSOIL full synthetic lubricants. Do you?

I'm running the Imagio too having switched over from the 6800 and I would love to use this ballistic program as well!

    Mark,

hang back for a short while. Its not exactly working correctly with the Win 6.5 Imagio, and its not packaged in .cab format, so have to manually create the shortcut in the widows programs folder so that it will appear in your touch flow 3d programs list.

By the way, anyone with an Imagio should go to spb and get the Mobile Shell 3.5 on sale for 50% off ($14.97) going until Christmas. If you don't like it, its got a 30 day no Qs asked return. go now. I fricking love this interface! Go Youtube it. 50% off coupon is on the SPB main page, right side.

Also, I have some games and other stuff for the Imagio. PM me an email address and Ill hook you up. Imagio and Touch Pro 2 only please.
