Upon extraction my brass gets a nice size dent just under the shoulder of the case, can this be fixed or is it just a way of life in our world?

Normal.
All that is necessary for trolls to flourish, is for good men to do nothing.
My dads sig 5.56 dings up cases to where it almost closes the neck. He reloads them without any problems
but, this is below the shoulder where a die can't correct it. I loaded one by accident that was dented it caused no problem but when I get to pumping out a good bit of reloads, I hate to take a chance. I already had a close call when my 1903A3 exploded in my face due to an headspace issue. I really don't want to push my luck. I still have 8 nice size pieces of schrapnel in my nose, upper lip and left eye.
H-buffer should help, or eliminate this issue.
Forgot to mention that It also makes a small ding about half way down the case
