That device looks like a POS.
Its not like sending the bolt forward on the AR-15 is not fast or in some way awkward; on the contrary I think its exceptionally fast the way it is.

Well it may look like a POS but it mounts very solid to using three screws that can be loctited to make sure they don't go any where. I don't feel the need to do that since there are three screws involved. I will get the magpul ones when they come out because I'm a magpul guy but I figured why not learn how to use it and make myself a faster shooter now. If it saves my life by allowing me to clear a double feed faster someday then money well worth it. Not that I'm going into harms way but I would grab my ar15 to defend myself if needed.
I'll wait for the BAD from Magpul. I've made it this long without one and I'll continue to do so.
That being said, Rob or Derek, if you guys want to let one of your's go I wouldn't turn it down!![]()
Only hits count......you can not miss fast enough to catch up
FWIW, I don't look at it as owning it, but that I have something on loan from Travis (as far as I'm concerned, it's on loan from Travis, not Magpul), so it's not mine to sell. If Travis emailed me tomorrow and said "hey, send me that thing back", that's what I'd do.
I don't see these current models as being ambidextrous. It appears that most models must be pressed by the right hand index finger.
