Thread: The Daniel Defense M4 Lite Rail, a few details.

  1. #11
We have partnered up with Daniel Defense to offer a exclusive on a NEW** 10" rail in both the original configuration and the new LITE configuration.

I think this configuration would be a sweet set up on a shorty upper.

My next build will look like the SBR pictured below, but with the new Daniel Defense 10" rail.

    Thanks,
    Paul

Oh, so neither you nor Jay thought it was important enough to mention this to me?

I see how it's gonna be

Just for that, I'm waiting for the 10" Lite for my build. Ya booger...

For some reason, my earlier pic won't show up for me anymore. Here is another pic showing the attachment method.

Impressive. It looks like DD is as close to getting a monolithic rail, without being a mono-rail, as is possible.

I just took a few more pictures to show the mounting area of the DD RIS II. While the rail obviously isn't the same, the mouting system and overall design should look pretty similar. If not, Jay can dispell any rumors before they get started.

Other than the obvious mounting system differences, are there any other differences between the Lite rails and DD's regular rails?
