Besides the barrel, what is different between a Colt M4 and the Colt SFW?

Best photo's I could manage. Guns purchased in late 2006.

When I bought these guns from Phoenix Distributors (good people to deal with) in 2006, I was not aware that Colt had a Canadian facility. I called Colt's LE sales department when I received the Canadian marked gun and asked WTF? I was told that the Canadian made guns are made entirely in Canada. The US made guns were supposed to go to individual officer sales, and the Canadian made guns were supposed to go to agency orders. I didn't ask about the barrels because at the time, I didn't even know or care what a CHF barrel was.

Either way, both are good guns.

Sorry to side track this topic...
