    Dummy rounds

    Guys,

Just wanted to check something here before I consider buying Magpul's five pack of dummy rounds.

This is a direct quote from Magpul's website:

"Five dimensionally correct, solid, glass reinforced, polymer dummy rounds. Used for test feeding of magazines or other training. Can be cycled and ejected using rifle action. 5.56 NATO (.223 Rem)- Black Only"

    Anyone use them?

Does the firing pin bang these things up? Do they bang the firing pin up?!

    Thanks.

They're okay, and one possible option.

I prefer training dummies to be high visibility, and clearly and unmistakably identifiable as an inert training round at a glance.

I prefer these from LawEnforcement Targets. They last forever.

That seems like a great suggestion. Thank you.
