    Yet another build done for a friend.

    This one is more basic for a Anchorage PD buddy. His department does not issue rifles but will let them buy their own.

    He did not have a lot of money so I went more basic. Stag Lower, stag parts kit. Mag Pull furniture. Bravo Company upper. Troy rear sight. Meprolight night sight front. He will buy optics later. I also put on a rail for him to mount his X200 to. I had to use a RRA bolt carrier. I staked the carrier key with a MOAKS tool. Worked great. I had a BCM bolt as a spare so I put it in the RRA bolt carrier and took the RRA one out to use as my spare now. I zero'd it at 50 and it shot well and had no functioning problems.

    I am happy with how it turned out.

    Good looking rifle but dont the MOE handguards have rails that you can bolt in?

    I have the rails on order for him but they have not arrived yet.

    What a great looking rifle! I don't know what more you could want for a patrol rifle, other than an Aimpoint.
