How come you did not get the lastest Reflex RX-30? Bigger and better?

I got mine because it was used and for a pretty decent price. I'm looking at upgrading to a 3x or 4x ACOG eventually. I'm thinking of the green chevron or horseshoe.

As you can see, there are a couple of fliers and I was shooting a little high and to the left. I tweaked the sight one click down and one click right. I'll take it out again this weekend or next week and see if my adjustments are for the better. Hopefully we'll get some better weather too! I'm getting tired of the rain and wind.
Do the Irons co-witness with the mount setup like that? I believe that you have either the wrong mount or are missing the riser.

They do co-witness. But, the mount I have doesn't let me dismount the sight quickly and the sight is always "on" so there really is no reason for the iron sights in this current set up and what my gun is currently being used for...a range toy.

I believe the mount I have is for Weaver bases instead of the 1913 rails. If I decide to keep it, I'm planning on switching to a QD mount. Personally, I like to be able to swap out from this to that whenever I want to or need to.

My Spike's 22lr upper is set up to use a removable carry handle, a BSA red dot or a Trilux SUIT 4x sight. It sees more of the SUIT sight than anything else, , which is why I'm thinking about an ACOG. I'd like to get a similar set up going for my 5.56 upper, iron sights for back-up, red dot for quick sighting, and a magnified scope for more precise shots.

I took my Reflex off and am planning to sell it. A friend of a friend is looking for exactly what I have.
