Nice write-up, and it looks like a very promising design. The speed that they created the design makes it even more impressive.Originally Posted by Hawkeye

Wow....That's a fair bit of improvement over the M3 models.....Originally Posted by gotm4

Goodie for me!
I did a whirlwind day at SHOT today since I was sort of in the area between projects. These are some of the things I would reasonably like (meaning: may actually be a possibility/available some day) to take home.
- The girl at the AmeriGlo booth. (This may be a tough one)
- ELCAN Spectre DR. Very nice glass, nice reticle. Love the flip.
- Mini Aimpoint or whatever they're calling it.
- AAC Black Box and 416-SD
- Magpul Masada and just about most other Magpul prods.
- M&P 45.
- HK 416/417 & HK45.
- Colt 1033 (I think that was the number)
- Troys M14 stock.
- Vltor complete upper.
ETA. - CCF alloy Glock frame & M&P 45.
According to the Aimpoint guy we talked to, the only reason it's not rated longer is that there isn't a battery with a shelf life over 80k.Originally Posted by John_Wayne777

Anybody see a VLTOR "Billet Lower"?....
On the STG 556 Made In U.S.A. AUG.....is the optic a 1.5X Swarovski?
Are the barrels hammer forged? Cr Lined?
What's the weight?

One problem I have with the new M4 Aimpoint, is the cost. For as much more as it costs than an M3/ML3, I could buy a life time of batteries and still be able to use whatever mount I wanted.

Any news/pictures of the FN .45?
I looked at it a bit. I like it. Feels really nice in the hand. I would consider possibly picking one up. Sorry I cant give me details on it though, as I didnt spend a lot of time messing with it.
