Why did you choose "Your" Aimpoint?

    Hello all,
I know I want an Aimpoint. I just have not decided on which, T-1 style or M-3, 4 style. What was the decicing factor that you used to choose your Aimpoint? I'm not looking for specs just personal preferences. Knowing what you do now stuff. Aimpoints are far and few where I'm located while knock offs are plentiful so I have not had much hands on with them. Thanks to any and all who respond.

Size and weight were my two biggest concerns (which is why I run the T-1 and H-1).

The Micro T1, because it works great on both my AR's and AK's.

I didn't pay attention to weight as much as I should have on my last set-up, and it turned out way too heavy. Now some will say you should just work out, but no matter how strong you are ounces add up.

The T-1/H-1 does the job just as well as the larger Aimpoints, but at much less weight. Given similar capabilities, I will choose the lighter solution every time.

Ditto for me. And I bought it and the ADM mount from Grant.

Bought the M4s because it is the most bomb proof sight with a 2moa dot that Aimpoint makes. The battery life is an added bonus because by the time it needs another battery, Obama will be out of office. It sits on a Bobro BLAC mount and I've got to say that it is the most efficient sight system that I have used to this point.

I have an Aimpoint on my personal M4 (Comp M4s) because of how well they worked during all of my deployments.

I went with the M4 because of the longer battery life and the 2 moa dot. I am considering a T1 on a future build but I don't like that it has a 4 moa dot.

The Micros are actually much closer to a 3MOA dot. Back to back with my 2MOA C3, the difference is very small.

CompM2 ... because it was free when I got it seven (or eight?) years ago and still runs perfectly well.
