I like the micro sights. The small size and bulk of the sight really opens of my field of view. The smaller window seems like a negative at first, but the lack of bulk and things to see around make it like its almost not there.

I went with the M4 because of battery life and type (AA). That being said it was when the T1's were first getting all their hype and I figured I could wait until they had proven themselves. My next aimpoint will be a T1 to try out, and I immagine I will like it just as much, just less weight which is a big bonus. Pick one, you can't go wrong.
M4S with 3x magnifier on my Noveske for TEOTWAWKI and zombies. If I was down to one rifle, this would be it. Got a lithium AA in there, so it will run 8-10 years on setting 8, and its always on. Home defense, too.
T1 on my Colt lightweight for EDC knock around and CQB -- holding hallways for a long time and range instruction -- since it's used quickly when running, and hanging on me the rest of the time. It's always on, and I will replace the CR2032 battery every leap year. Comes to work every day, and I can leave it at work.
ML3 on my spare LAR (LMT LPK with Noveske upper) rifle in case one goes down, or to lend to friends. It's stays off, since it's really a safe queen, so others can use it when TEOTWAWKI comes.
My wife's Colt wears an ACOG TA-31 because she's tiny, and wanted lightweight magnfication -- since she punches paper with it. Another safequeen. No need for batteries.

I chose the Comp M4S because of the battery location and it takes 1 AA![]()
C3s... tough and cost effective.
C3 because I won't be diving with my rifle. Price was a consideration too and Grant took care of that.

Of the above, I currently own a C3, H1, T1, and ML2 and have them more or less for the reasons above. The ML2 was my first that I bought several years ago.
