Right Place?? How to keep x300 clean during shooting

    Hey guys/gals

I have a x200 and a x300 mounted on a g22 and a G21. I am taking a class at the end of this week ill be doing 1000 rds in 2 days, including night fire. How do i keep my lenses clean and still usable for the night fire portion?

    Thanks

One may be able to keep the SureFire "window" clean by using Winchester's WinClean ammo.

Reading this makes me wonder how many folks will spin the business end of the firearm around to look and see if their light is dirty...

It really should not be an issue since the lens if mounted far to the rear of the muzzle. In the unlikely event that lens gets so dirty that the light becomes ineffective, you can simply wipe it.

Took a class recently and the things people did ranged from Blue painters tape on the lens during the day, Vaseline, soak and clean with Hoppes #9.

I meant of all the folks out in the shooting community. I forgot to say, "present company excluded, of course"

As been suggested here before and "abroad" on the net, one can use an eraser to wipe the "window" clean from the SF.X200/SF.X300.
