    Vltor's offset light mount - QD

    now with ADM lever instead of the thumb screws. i like it.


    edited to add: the lever can be turned around to face forward or aft.

    That's a good idea.

    I'm still a huge fan of how close the Vtac mount snugs the light to the gun though.

    you'll like the vltor one then - the vltor offset mount gets it just as close as the vtac mount.

    edited to add: the vltor and vtac light mounts have the same exact offset - i compared them when i got home from work.

    Perfect. Now all they need to do is take the one I have as a trade in.

    Is it just me, or does the part that brdiges the rail look twice as thick as before? If that's the case, will I be able to use this on an Ultimak?

    the base is about .050" thicker - about .25" vs .2". all other external dimensions are the same, except for the lever of course.
