Keymo mount…stuck?

My can started coming off the adaptor when removing it from a rifle, so I tighter it down a bit and then removed. Set it in a vice and used a wrench to tighten it…not that much. But now it seems to not release. Video below (ignore the rock tumbler sound effects).

Any ideas?
