    Arrow SCAR

    .

I want one because I collect FNs and because it is the new kid on the block !

Reality says that my Sig 556 Swat fills the same role and is, probably, a better gun. It has a proven design and history and I am very happy with it.
    I also have an FN FS2000 a MSAR STG556 and a custom Bushmaster M-4

    So much for 223.

As far as 308 goes, I have a DSA FAL with a Hensoldt 10x sniper scope on it.
It can shoot 1 moa or less at 100 yards all day. I don't see the SCAR beating that !

I don't like the fact that the charging handle reciprocates every time the rifle is fired. That makes it valuable for forward assist and it can be moved from the left to the right side but I am right handed, right eyed anyway so no big advantage for me. The FAL is super smooth and the gas port is more adjustable than the SCAR.

    I also have a preban M1A supermatch.

    So much for 308.

Why do I still want it - BIG TIME ?????????

If everyone stick together and cause the supply to greatly exceed demand, the price will eventually drop. Paying over $2K is too much IMO.

I thought it felt pretty comfortable.
