At the onset, Michael should have been placed in charge, since he's pretty much the only one who brings anything to the table.

The lack of a fire watch is inexcusable. The time wasted on a "gym" is inane. I can't gripe them too bad for seeking hygiene, but there are more pressing concerns. When the perimeter was secure, then the warm-n-fuzzy shit can commence.

The lack of a structured system and the "democracy" of their decisions is foolish at best, and suicidal at worst.

Too much book smarts and not enough real world know how. I read an article once about how to fly a plane. I remember most of what it said. Doesn't mean I am going to be looking to fly out of a plane in a SHTF situation.
