Gimme your pick guys. GTS has better pricing, thanks.

He has DD 2 piece drop in 7 inch for $220 at 9.7 oz
    or
DD 7 inch light Rail $238, at 8.5 oz
    or
DD M4 (to feel like M4) 8.5 oz

Any pro's or cons on this quick list? I'm leaning toward one of the first two. I probably would be fine with any, but still prefer to make an educated decision.

    Thank you for the help.

Like others have said, the DD omega is awesome and takes about 4 minutes to install...I have one on my CMMG 14.7" upper.

The 7" Omega (2-piece drop-in free float) is the only one of the three you mentioned that you will be able to install on a rifle with a permanently installed flash hider UNLESS you have it removed and then reattached after installing the rail.

I just purchased the 2-piece. I will let you know how it goes. Thanks to everyone for the feedback. If I like it as much as I hope, I will install it on my LMT Sopmod as well.

Another vote for the DD Omega. Best rail for the money in my opinion.

OP will likely have a pinned barrel from Noveske, unless he wants to remove the flash hider (possibly destroying it in the process), the Lite rail isn't a good option.

While not cheap, there is a DD RIS M4A1 style.

A 2 piece design. There are others. The other that comes immediately to mind is the Vltor CASV.

I am next to sure these will drop over any system with no need to remove the FSB.

RIS II requires it's own Lite Rail barrel nut, this means the gas block/FSB and flash hider must be removed....
