    Sounds like a personal problem.

I will say I have posted a youtube review a few times from Nutnfancy. He is an admitted aimpoint fan who did a review of the Aimpoint vs EOTech and I think it is one of the fairer reviews out there.

I could tell him how to get rid of that pesky banner. But now I think he should click on the banner a ton of times to increase the ad revenue for M4Carbine.net.

This is a test of my signature, if this had been an actual signature you would be instructed to read very carefully.

Well that is what happens. Something is repeated enough times and it becomes the truth.

I have used NCStar products alot in the past year since I built my AR, and while they are no Trijicon or similar product, they DO get the job done. I've yet to see an optic of theirs explode on the first shot and blind the user, or see a reticle turn in the scope as each shot is fired, or have the light burn out when being shot.

I've used CAA products, and they are also fine products for someone on a budget.

I've used EOTech and Aimpoint. I prefer the former. But like I said, I wouldnt hesitate to trade it out for an ACOG...

Well I currently have 317 under my control (Mod. 552's, Rev. F.) When I first arrived approx. 25% of them were INOP. Primary reason was the battery contacts falling out of the battery pack. We also have issues with the contacts inside the main housing unit sticking inside the housing and not making contact with the battery.

Two of them had the reflective prism inside the unit simply pop loose and others that wouldn't hold a zero. It took 6 months to finally get the stuff needed to repair the units. Needless to say I am no big fan of them. If they work for you. Rock on.

FACT- the battery life of the Aimpoint M3/M4/T-1 kick the EoTech in the teeth
FACT- on timer there is virtually 0 difference between presentation speed of the EoTech or the M3/M4/T-1
FACT- the M3/M4/T-1 can take bumps/bangs and abuse that kills EoTechs

The are personal preference and ease of acquirement issues.
Further, just because the optic works better does not mean that the user will appreciate the difference. For god's sake, there are some dudes running around with C-Mores and Tasco variables that have no complaint.

Make no mistake- the EoTechs do work, some very proficient guys prefer them, and I would not turn one down if it was my only option over irons.
