    Banks are businesses, and if you don't like the service offered by any business, you should vote with your dollars. Glad to see he successfully did so.

    I bet they got paid the same regardless of if they were just sitting there, or counting money.

    In fact, most tellers I know would love to stand there and count money for one person rather than deal with 60 different yahoo's.

    Agreed! I really tire of the lack of personal service these days.

    I do my banking at a branch of a large bank but I met the manager on day one and anytime I have an issue with a teller cashing a check, etc. I just ask for him. He takes care of me everytime and even notorized my concealed permit application!
