Like new Noveske N4 Basic, 14.5 inch barrel with pinned Vortex. Noveske shipped some of these without carriers or rear sights a few months ago, so this; has a different carrier and sight. But this is a factory Noveske built upper and marked as such! Upper is laser marked from Noveske on the receiver and the barrel is stamped Noveske also. Rear sight is a Mid-West Industries flip up- Has a Dennys' (aka- Global-tactical) super duty bolt carrier assembly and bolt. I also changed the handguards to a set of Daniel Defense OMEGA 7.0 rails.
