He'll either call me back so we can run this down, or I'll see him on Sunday and we'll get blind drunk and either run it down or make shit up about it.

    Coin toss.

    Thoughts?
you could try some brass or stainless steel shim stock - maybe .005" to start with, and put it between the rail bottom and the little plate on the ARMS mount that contacts the rail. it's going to be a thin piece of shim that you'd slip in with tweezers.

You could try some aluminum tape on the inside of the grabbing plate. You can probably find it at any welding supply store. It's got an adhesive backing so it will stay where you put it and you can peel it off if needed.

I have the ARMS17 with the ARMS M68 and has been mounted for a year now and is still tight as a glove never came loose.

They can stretch out over time.

Generally, you are going to get one of two fits on a rail:

    1. Too tight (lever is very hard to close).
    2. Too loose (lever easy to close).

While number one will repeat/retain zero, it won't do it forever (as it will stretch).

The biggest issue with the ARMS levers is that they break.
