I bought the upper used from my brother. the lower is new. i swapped out the bcg with a dpms chromed carrier and a new bolt off a dan young NM bcg. the upper has little white specks on it. you cant tell by looking at the pics, but if you get real close you can see them. The barrel and handgaurds are flawless. Less than 1000 rds on it. The rear of the charging handle has scrapes and the castle nut has tightning marks. comes with one mag. I put a colt carry handle on it. dont know how the carry handle works on it, because i havnt fired it. just looked like it needed one. 725.00 shipped
