Do Troy rails have the set screw in front?

Do Troy rails have the set screw in the front of the handguard to hold on the lower rail. I thought I read somewhere they were switching over to this.

The Troy MRF-C forend that I have does not. It interlocks with the upper guard and is held in place by a spring-loaded pin.

Mine is.....in fact, I don't think the lower rail would come off of mine it the spring loaded pin wasn't there. The lower rail can be removed but it takes some work.
