    Good vids on Youtube

Does anyone watch the videos on Youtube by Nutnfancy?

He has some good reviews on knives, backpacking gear, and guns. He also has some videos on fieldcraft type survival skills.

I have watched quite a few of his videos, mainly the gun reviews and I've enjoyed them and learned quite a bit from them.

I like Nutnfancy's videos for the product reviews. For instance, I can get a better understanding of knife sizes I'm interested in by seeing someone hold them rather then the measurements listed for the knife. He is definitely long-winded though that's for sure. As to fieldcraft type survival skills, I much prefer the videos by Dave Canterbury as listed below.

I started watching his crappy videos last summer. He just got more and more annoying. His weapon manipulation sucks, and some of the opinions he has during a review make no sense to me.

I REALLY like seeing that "chopper" guy that he shoots with in the video "Insurgents on the hill." This "chopper" idiot places his fully loaded Ruger pistol into his waistband, runs towards the targets, and then drops it on the ground trying to remove it from his pants.

Anyone that allows this STUPID behavior while they are shooting is not someone I care to watch...nor do I give a crap about his opinions.

Can't say I dig his videos too much unfortunately. There are, however, lots of other impressive wilderness vids on youtube. If you change your search to 'bushcraft' you'll get a lot of winning material. Ray Mears comes to mind.

Didn't we just have a big Nutnfancy thread go south the other day? No reason whatsoever to bump a thread from last fall just to point out you didn't care for the original vids posted.

Let's not let this place get all bug-frak chuckle-clustered.
