    Little mishap at the range

I am a member of a private shooting range. It is located in Canton Oh, and is a nice small club. The range is located on the owner's property with several pistol, carbine and rifle stages. Membership is inexpensive, but the range is open during limited hours. It is a great place to shoot. Thursday nights they set up pistol scenarios, and Tuesdays are carbine stages. Well tonight's member's night was canceled because of the following:

I'm assuming based on the reporting that no one was hurt? If so, that's a good thing.

Still, I will shed a tear for all that ammo tonight

How much of the supply was actually tracer rounds (any?) or was that just shoddy reporting as usual from the media?

Well, the owner has many toys, I don't doubt that is an accurate figure.

    No one was hurt.

There are infrared security cameras around the property, and the tapes are being reviewed.

I'm surprised it didn't say "400k rounds of high-explosive anti-tank incendiary tracer long-range sniper anti-terrorist bullets like the ones that killed Kennedy" as one might expect from an ABC affiliate.

It saddens me that the damned journalists can't even spell. For god's sake spell check would have caught that one.
