    Is this the right Badger Ordnance Rail?

    For a Remington 700 5R to mount a scope (not S&B) and rings to?

    also do you guys have any suggestions for side saddles or slings?

    Thats the ebst all around rail for the Rem 700.

    Side Saddle is term for a device that carries extra shot gun rounds on side of rec. I think you meant Stock Pad. The best is from Eagle

    As to slings. I make some called the Quick Cuff and Slip Cuff. The Quick Cuffs have found homes on most of the US Military Sniper Rifles replacing the 1907 designs over the last five years. No other sling is faster, more accurate, more durable or easier to use. Lifetime guarantee and US Made.

    i am a satisfied user of a quick cuff. you could do alot worse than one of these slings
