Wouldn't there be gas port size issues when cutting a 16" carbine down to a 10.5" length?

Adco opens the gas ports appropriately.

There are no issues with the hard chrome in a barrel flaking, it is a completely different process than decorative chrome on a car bumper.

If you go to the ADCO site and go the the FAQ section you will see.

    Q. Are there any issues cutting chrome lined barrels?
    A. Not in our experience after cutting several thousand.

Shucks, if I had seen that Id have bought a centurion barrel to cut down vs a WOA stainless barrel.
