Thread: BCM 16" Lightweight Upper

  1. #61
Also in the works a 14.5" lightweight carbine gas barrel. ETA Spring/summer next year.

Stripped barrels will mostly likely be available separately, but not for sometime after upper groups are out.

I was actually thinking yesterday, "gee, I wish Bravo Co. would make a lightweight barrel middy" for a build I'm thinking of for somebody.

    Well.

Now I should start thinking, "gee, I wish I would win the lottery..."

This is great news. I love my Rocky lightweight middy but I'd really love to have a Bravo lightweight.

If you offer these 14.5" carbine gas system lightweights with the permanently attached A2X flash hider, I will buy at least two. This is the only better barrel I could want for my duty gun, other than the BCM M4 14.5" A2X I have on it now. I guess my lightweight build can wait until next summer....

Edited to Add: Better yet, make these lightweight carbine gas length barrels 14.7", and permanently attach standard A2 flash hiders (cheaper than the A2X anyway), and YOU WILL SELL A TON OF THIS PROFILE! Please, please, please.....

    Damn Paul,

I've already got my eyes on a CHF middy and a SS middy to keep my lone BCM upper company and you have to come along and pull something like this.

You trying to make me poor?

I will be waiting impatiently for the 14-1/2" stripped barrels. Very impatiently indeed.
