A call from a co-work just a few minutes ago confirmed that Colt will be building complete M240's.


I've got no other details at this time.

The politicos had nothing to do with it. Hopefully that will change.

Take a look at the recent contract awards to Colt; M240B spare barrels (best price award), M16A4 (best price award), and now the M240. Bids for the M249 spare barrels were do last Wednesday too. The Hartford team is playing offense.
