So, I'm really liking these URX 3.1 hand guards. But, at least on the 8.0, I really feel like I need a vert grip. I use a thumb over type of grip, but usually have a vert grip for leverage, I guess.

Is there anything in the works that might fit as far as vert grips? Also, I really need to get those panels and the handstop panel. That might help.

Proven combat techniques may not be flashy and may require a bit more physical effort on the part of the shooter. Further, they may not win competition matches, but they will help ensure your survival in a shooting or gunfight on the street. ~ Paul Howe

Does anyone have any pics of a URX 3 with a rail section attached to the bottom?

For a second I thought the DD MFR would work for you (its rail panels can be moved) but I think it's too long (9" IIRC).

And I'd rather keep that rail.

Im definitely keeping it, just curious about the bottom rail to attach a vert grip like a Tango Down, Gear Sector or the new BCM stubby vert grip...

I'll probably do an 11.5" by then end of the year to replace my 10.5" and am thinking of an 11" NSR or the URX 3.1 mid length. The URX 4 might be an option as well if it's out at the time and availabke in the right length.

There are picatinny rail sections that bolt to the 3 and 3.1 rails.

Right you are! LAWMENS' post halfway down the page looks like a good idea...
