Anyone with the URX 4 have issues with the rail loosening under use? I ask because the attachment method doesnt seem as secure as other rails, no set screws or anti rotation tabs in the design.

Torque and thread locker make it pretty darn secure.

As usual, stick covered it. Torque and threadlocker will do the job just fine.

I had a URX 2 loosen on me once. Now I set my optics mount forward onto the rail by one notch as an anti-rotation measure. Maybe not necessary, but it relieves stress on the nut.

Then it was improperly installed, and putting your optic mount forward can compromise your zero.

We're talking a CompM4 set forward by one rail notch. That can't affect it so much that I'll notice it with a non-magnified optic.

I can't say that you'd notice, but I can say that if the rails are of slightly different dimension or are not in perfect alignment, the mounting hardware will not grab the rail as designed/intended.
You don't need to care about it, but it can be a problem.
