The Norgons are available everywhere, Brownells, Bravo, Operation Parts, have you checked G&R? Adco? They are very much available.

Not quite everywhere. I checked G&R and Bravo before I ordered, they do not appear to even carry them.

FWIW Stag has Left handed safeties available on their site. They also have the ambi safeties in stock as well.

These links are all ambi- mag catches, not safeties. Ambi-safeties seem to
be out of stock most places.
Seems CMMG has some in stock for $30. Don't know how good they are though.
Also Cheaper than dirt has the DPMS ambi for $30.

I got my ambi safety from Bravo Co.I think the brand was DPMS.WHATEVER YOU DO !DO NOT USE LOCKTITE.
Now thats a warning from first hand experience.I put blue loctite on the threads tried to take it off and stripped the allen head right out.I had to get a drill and drill out the screw in order to get it removed.I tried heating it and everything before attempting to take the screw out.
I"ll say it one more time
DO NOT USE BLUE LOCTITE OR ANY LOCTITE WHATSOEVER ON THE SCREWS ON AN AMBI-SAFETY !
you have been warned don't do it.
If anyone has done it and not stripped a screw consider yourself lucky. It has happened to me twice .It will not happen again.

Just out of curiosity what about loctite for small screws? I have used it several times on firearms, scope bases and rings it really is the shizzazz for the little screws.

I'm not going to try it.I don't want to risk having to drill the screw out again for the third time. After two times I learned my lesson. The metal is really soft on those allen screws.
