Does anyone know who carries/carried (if out-of-stock) the LMT ambi-safety besides LMT? They require a minimum $100 order.

I ordered 2 Stag ambi safeties from Rainier last night. They have them in stock as of an hour ago.

The LMT ambi's I have came from Grant at G&R Tactical.Give him a call and see what he has.
I also have DPMS and Armalite ambi's and they work as well.

I've never needed to use an ambi safety switch. I just use my thumb, also if I'm ever in a combat situation it's on fire anyways.

I'm no expert, just a novice, but if you are right handed and shooting from the left shoulder, say around a barricade or corner, how do you use your thumb unless you have a partial grip with your left thumb remaining on the left side of grip. I prefer a full grip around the pistol grip shooting lefty with thumb on right side of grip. Ambi safety now becomes useful. Its also useful for placing weapon on safe, shooting right handed, using index finger to pull back on lever. Otherwise you have to break grip and reach forward with right thumb.
