I just checked with my M4-2000 and 10.5'' LWRCi upper that I bought to help but together a Mk.18 Mod. 1 clone, it does clear. It's RIGHT up against the rail though. It touches the rail.
I wouldn't do it actually.

I'm bumping this one because I'm having a problem with a DD 10.3 and the RIS II rail. M4-2000 won't mount without hitting the rail. WTF?
It'd need a full 1/4" shim or more to work. Any ideas? (barrel length checks out at just under 10.5")

What mount are you using? I have the M42000 on a DD Mk18 upper but it only works if you use a muzzle device with the wrench flats behind the teeth. The 2 baffle Brake does not work. Only the Brakeout (Single baffle with 3 prongs), or the Blackout.Originally Posted by markm

That was it, Jackson! We figgered it out yesterday when I spun on an extra 18T mount I had handy.
NOT a DD problem. AAC's nonsense this time.

Glad you got it resolved, I have a 51T Blackout on mine and using the Mini 4 I have "just enough" clearance.
