Like new in hard plastic padded box. I took it out, installed the batteries and mounted it on a rifle. I turned it on just to make sure it worked and put it in the safe. I was going to use it as a backup in a recent Magpul class I took but never even used it which is why I say it's LNIB. It was never shot with or even sighted in. It has a D1 reticle which is the single 1 moa dot version.
