Gee, THANKS. I've already dropped 25 pounds since May (was 240# at 5'6", now 215), and I can still crank out a ten-minute mile when I have to--not even prediabetic, very good numbers on cholesterol to the point that the doc had to do a second set of tests to confirm because she didn't think it was possible to get those results with my height-weight. The entire POINT trying to get back into run-and-gun is a form of exercise I actually ENJOY unlike the drudgery of weights and jogging. Anything to say about the EQUIPMENT, or just wanna cheapshot the deskbound five-by-five all day?
