Given the smaller field of view of the T-1/H-1 vs the other aimpoint products do you all think that the T-1/H-1 is better off with a 1/3 co-witness vs the full co-witness? Or is it all the same?

imo,

Have tried both and many rnds downrange.

I prefer 1/3 co-witness.

I want all the Threat / Target ID / Background info I can get & process through my visual (approx. 93%) and then into my OODA.

1/3 co-witness renders that.

reason 2: Since the RDS is my primary POA I want all the image I can muster.

Since my BUIS is secondary I want that sight picture minimal but functional and not intrusive on my primary POA.

I run a lower 1/3. The higher up your head is the visibility you have.


There is a certain Tier 1 group running EOTech's on full risers (no co-witness at all). Reason? It picks their head up.

Interesting. Dose ADM/you sell the spacer for the H1/T-1 do change the height on their mount or is it a buy a second one if you what to change?

You have to buy a different riser to change the height.
